In Personality Disorders part 5, Dr. Paul discusses Avoidant and Dependent personality disorders. The Avoidants are people who feel very inadequate and are hypersensitive to criticism of others. You have a low self-esteem and sense of self-worth. The Dependents have the overwhelming need to be taken care of. They want other people to make decisions for them and hate being alone. I also begin the discussion of obsessive-compulsive disorder.
